Hosted VoIP

Hosted VoIP is, simply put, a cloud-based phone server. Instead of using an on-premise server to talk to the outside world, all you have to do is connect the phones included in our service to your existing computer port. Then, we will do the rest to make sure you’re setup for success. This includes on-boarding, provisioning, and “white glove” service. By using SPLIT for your VoIP solutions, you can get rid of a lot of headaches now, and down the road. SPLIT and Net2Phone have made it incredibly easy to eliminate costly legacy technology that no longer works for you, and smoothly make the transition to VoIP technology that improves your business, your customer’s experience, and your bottom-line. SIP Trunking If you are not quite ready to get rid of your old phone system(s), we may have a solution. You don’t have to upgrade your old phone system(s) in order to easily connect to remote and disparate office locations. Net2Phone uses a technology called SIP trunking (certified with 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Panasonic, Digium Asterisk, and Elastix) to retro-fit your existing phone system(s), as well as save you money by eliminating the need to upgrade hardware, software, and dedicated phone service carrier networks. This is especially helpful if you aren’t in the position to make an immediate move into 100% Hosted VoIP. We typically will recommend the first option of Hosted VoIP, but the SIP Trunking option is ideal if it isn’t time to release existing phone system assets.
